Job Summary
The Varsity Boys Soccer Head Coach is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the high school boys soccer program. The coach will provide leadership organization and instruction that promotes student-athlete development both on and off the field. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong knowledge of the sport effective communication skills and a commitment to educational-based :-Previous coaching experience preferred (high school or higher level strongly desired)-Demonstrated knowledge of soccer fundamentals strategy and player development-Strong leadership organizational and communication skills-Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive team culture-Commitment to multi-sport participation and school community engagement-The coach will enforce district and department behavioral and academic expectations of student-athletes-CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)-Completion of required background checks and district hiring requirements
