About the Role:

The Accounts Payable Analyst is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices employee expense claims and payments. This role supports day-to-day accounts payable (AP) operations ensures compliance with company policies accounting standards and internal controls and serves as a primary point of contact for vendor and employee inquiries.

As the Newest Member of our Team Youll:

• Ensure the accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices employee expense claims and payments in line with accounting standards policies and internal controls.

• Partner closely with procurement vendors and internal teams to resolve invoice discrepancies and twoway/threeway matching exceptions.

• Execute weekly payment runs (cheque EFT and wire) and maintain accurate vendor and employee master data including banking and tax information.

• Be a trusted point of contact for vendor and employee inquiries managing the AP inbox and resolving issues with professionalism and care.

• Support monthend close activities including accruals and account reconciliations contributing to accurate financial reporting.

• Complete new vendor onboarding including independent callback verification ensuring strong governance and risk controls.

To Succeed You Bring:

• 1-2 years of hands-on accounts payable experience.

• College diploma or bachelors degree in accounting finance business or a related field.

• Solid understanding of accounting principles and accounts payable best practices.

• Proficiency in MS Office tools including Excel Word Outlook Adobe and SharePoint.

• Experience with ERP and AP systems such as SAP S/4HANA SAP Ariba and SAP Concur is preferred.

The target hiring salary for this position is $61800.00 - $72700.00. Placement within our salary range will be based on factors such as internal equity market conditions and the candidates experience skills and qualifications relevant to the role.
