Total Rewards & Global Mobility Analyst
Job Summary
Were looking for a detail-oriented and self-driven Total Rewards & Global Mobility Analyst to join our established HR team. This role sits within a collaborative Total Rewards (TR) team alongside two other analysts while also serving as the organizations primary resource for Global Mobility (GM).
This is a unique opportunity to combine compensation benefits and mobility expertise in a role that has both operational depth and cross-functional exposure. Youll work closely with TR colleagues Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partner teams to support programs that directly impact employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
What Youll Do
Global Mobility (GM)
- Manage employee assignments and relocations (domestic and international)
- Coordinate immigration and visa requirements with external partners
- Ensure insurance coverage for travel to higher-risk locations
- Support tax equalization processes
- Track employee travel to ensure compliance with immigration and tax regulations
- Act as the subject matter resource for GM within HR
Total Rewards (TR)
- Administer and support compensation programs including job evaluation salary benchmarking and pay equity analysis (Ontario and Quebec)
- Support annual compensation review cycles including data validation reporting and analysis
- Manage short-term and long-term disability cases and coordinate workplace accommodations
- Respond to employee inquiries related to pension and benefits programs
- Contribute to continuous improvement of TR processes and programs
Qualifications :
What You Bring
- 5 years of experience in TR GM or a combination of both
- College diploma (minimum required) in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field; university degree preferred
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities with minimal supervision
- Analytical mindset with comfort working with data and reporting
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to partner across HR functions
- A customer-service orientation with experience supporting and interacting directly with employees and managers
- Sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information

Nice-to-Have

- Familiarity with HRIS and reporting tools

Additional Information :
The hiring range for this position is $80000-$96000. Our goal is to provide a fair and competitive offer based on an assessment of internal equity and your qualifications including:
