This role is focused on building and maintaining strong customer relationships through in-person engagement and driving revenue growth across a defined territory. Your Mission as a Customer Relationship Manager

As our boots-on-the-ground brand ambassador youll build lasting relationships with dealers drive sales growth and bring the Davidsons experience to life across the Pacific Northwest region. Youll be the face of our brandenergizing educating and empowering our customers every step of the way.

What Youll Do

Champion the Davidsons brand and product lines to current and prospective customers
Promote our exclusive GuaranteeD Program and
Collaborate with our sales leadership to meet and exceed territory goals
Develop deep knowledge of your dealer base and identify new growth opportunities
Travel extensively throughout the region. Plan on an average of 2 to 3 nights per week on the road.

Requirements

What You Bring

A passion for shooting hunting and the outdoors
Experience in outside sales
Residency within the Boise-metro area
A valid drivers license and clean driving record
Applicants must be over age 21 and able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug testing
