COR3 Mechanical is seeking an experienced HVAC Mechanical Project Manager to join our dedicated team in Maitland. This full-time on-site position offers a unique opportunity to oversee and manage complex HVAC projects within the construction industry.
As an HVAC Mechanical Project Manager you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our projects are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards. You will coordinate with various stakeholders manage resources and implement best practices to drive project success. This role is essential for our ongoing commitment to excellence and innovation in mechanical contracting.
We offer a competitive salary range of $75000 - $125000 annually along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional development in a thriving industry.
Responsibilities
- Manage HVAC project timelines budgets and resources
- Coordinate with engineers subcontractors and clients
- Oversee project scheduling and ensure compliance with deadlines
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress
- Develop project scopes and specifications
- Implement safety standards and regulations on-site
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders
- Resolve technical issues and challenges as they arise
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 5 years of experience in HVAC project management
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and construction practices
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
