Within this framework we are looking for a flexible and problem-solving FTTH Back Office Employee to join us.
Main Responsibilities
- Plan and assign work orders to Field Workers
- Approve work and deliverables of Field Workers
- Follow-up of Materials delivery to Field Workers and their inventory monitoring
- Monitor progress during the entire life-cycle of each work order (site survey data upload allowance for construction construction as-built documentation upload site acceptance)
- Feed deliverables into the WFM Tool
- Close any open issues in WFM tool after work orders completion
Requirements
- Technological Education Institute Degree
- 1-2 years of related working experience
Nice to have
- Experience in Telecommunications projects
- Experience in Fiber optic networks
- Proven experience as an operator
