Description

The Regional Services Coordinator supports the successful operation growth and performance of UW Healths regional adult and pediatric specialty services. This role collaborates closely with senior leaders operational teams and external partners to implement strategic initiatives coordinate clinic operations and maintain consistent standards across the regional model of care. This role will serve as a key point of contact for provider scheduling operational workflows data needs and stakeholder communication while helping to identify improvement opportunities enhance efficiency and support the delivery of highquality care across regional locations.

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time 100% FTE position. Shifts are Monday through Friday with core hours between the hours of 8:00 AM 5:00 PM. This is a hybrid role combining the flexibility of remote work with some travel to regional sites and onsite meetings scheduled as needed.

We are seeking a Regional Services Coordinator to:

  • Lead project coordination work collaboratively and cross-functionally with regional system senior and operational leaders to execute strategic initiatives evaluate implement and sustain the regional model of care through standard work.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to operationalize adult and pediatric specialty services across the region
  • Be the first point of contact regarding questions related to current clinic specialty provider schedules marketing coordination technological and operational questions.
  • Apply critical thinking and problemsolving skills to identify operational improvement opportunities while fostering open twoway communication with stakeholders

Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree in Business Marketing Social Work or a related field. An equivalent combination of education and work experience will be considered in lieu of a Bachelors degree. Required
Work Experience
  • 3 years of experience in a health care setting including project management relationship building operations in an ambulatory environment or executing legal agreements Required
