Job Summary:
Position Summary: Serves as a Fiscal Intermediary Coordinator to assist Self-Direction participants and their Planning Teams to manage their staffing and service documentation. Responsible for reviewing service documentation and onboarding new individuals families and DSPs. Oversees payroll and expenses for DSPs and individuals served.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Must have reliable transportation
- Experience with individuals and family members of people with disabilities
- Understanding of computer software essential

Essential Functions:
- Review LifePlans for accurate service documentation attend (in person or by phone) LifePlan and Launch meetings
- Review and approve Staff Action Plans and Safeguards
- Review and Approve Budgets and Amendments then submit to OPWDD
- Approve in eVero approved OPWDD budgets
- Review eVero payroll and service documentation and reconcile with DSPs as needed
- Review LifePlans for accurate service documentation attend (in person or by phone) LifePlan and Launch meetings
- Review and approve Staff Action Plans and Safeguards
- Review and Approve Budgets and Amendments then submit to OPWDD
- Approve in eVero approved OPWDD budgets
- Review eVero payroll and service documentation and reconcile with DSPs as needed
Work location: Onondaga County - Syracuse Auburn and Chittenango offices
Hours and days: Monday-Friday 8:00am -4:00pm
Compensation: $23.46 -$26.35 per hour
Non -Exempt
40 hours per week including one-hour paid lunch
Background check fingerprinting and DMV record check will be conducted prior to hire by the non-profit agency.
