Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Specialist to join a growing team. This role involves working with small to mid-size accounts with occasional larger accounts in a professional yet dynamic and fun environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial lines insurance sales excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team-oriented setting. Compensation Package
- Salary: $60000 - $70000 annually
- Work Schedule: On-site with the opportunity to transition to a hybrid schedule after six months of proven performance.

Responsibilities
- Quote and sell commercial lines insurance policies.
- Follow up with prospects to ensure a seamless sales process.
- Cross-sell additional lines of business to existing customers.
- Protect the best interests of clients and insurance company partners.
- Manage multiple projects and tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and productive workplace.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: 3-5 years of commercial lines insurance sales experience preferred but exceptional candidates with less experience will be considered.
- Skills:
- Strong multitasking abilities to manage various projects and tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Highly organized with the ability to plan and operate efficiently.
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and high energy.
