Position Summary

The Deputy Program Manager (O&E PM) will support day-to-day management of s Outreach and Engagement activities aligning strategies with s mission to inform support and empower the military community. This leader will manage communications personnel digital content delivery brand development and campaign execution.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Task 2 performance personnel and stakeholder relationships
  • Lead development and execution of user-focused communications strategies
  • Coordinate branding content development web/social media operations
  • Monitor performance metrics and optimize digital engagement campaigns
  • Serve as primary point of contact for all O&E-related matters



Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelors in Communications PR Marketing or related field
  • 8 years managing government or enterprise communications initiatives
  • 5 years leading digital strategy PR branding and media operations
  • Experience with CMS platforms ad campaign strategy and UX testing (desired)
