Job Summary
Peach Bowl Inc. is seeking candidates to fill five intern positions for the 2026-2027 college football season (Communications Corporate Sales/Ticketing Events-Volunteer Management Events-Team Operations Graphic Design). The internship program period begins July 13 2026 and concludes January 29 2027. Each position pays a salary of $2500.00 per month. Please note that housing is not provided by Peach Bowl Inc.
This years interns will help plan and execute the Aflac Kickoff Game featuring Baylor vs. Auburn on Labor Day weekend in addition to playing a vital role in the planning and execution of the College Football Playoff Quarterfinal at the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl on Jan. 1. Interns are assigned to a specific concentration area but are expected to provide support to all areas of the companys business in a direct supporting or administrative role.
Qualified applicants should be team first sports-minded self-motivators who are willing to accept the long hours and hard work required to succeed in the sports industry. Additionally qualified applicants should be committed to pursuing a career in the business of athletics.
APPLICANT GUIDELINES

- Please clearly indicate which concentration area you are interested in obtaining.
- Please indicate if you will have any academic obligations (classes projects etc.) during the period of July 13 2026 through Jan. 29 2027.
- Address how your prior work experience and skill set specifically make you the ideal candidate for a position with the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl
- All required documents must be received by 5 p.m. ET on March 13 2026. Applicant submissions without all of the required documentation will not be considered for the program. Applicant submissions not received by the deadline will not be considered for the program.
- Candidates should not contact the Peach Bowl Inc. office for initial status updates. Candidate evaluation consists of a resume evaluation period virtual interview period and a final in-person interview period (which could also be conducted remotely depending on the location of the candidate). Final selection of candidates is targeted for the end of April. Please note that the final selection date could be extended as evaluations are conducted.
Event & Volunteer Management Intern Job Description
PRIMARY POSITION ROLE: This position will be responsible for assisting with the planning development and execution of volunteer programs and events associated with the Aflac Kickoff Game and Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl.
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
I . Volunteer Operations
o Aflac Kickoff Game and Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl Volunteer Management
o Keep an accurate inventory of all volunteer uniforms.
o Volunteer Registration System Management
o Fully manage and track volunteers and events via Rosterfy the volunteer CRM by creating the event the shifts and confirming volunteers as they sign up.
o Volunteer Communication Management
o Manage volunteer data like email phone number address and shirt size and disperse it to staff upon request.
o Draft and send mass communications to volunteers with necessary information for their shifts.
o Event Assistance for Volunteer Meetings & Training Sessions
o Volunteer Uniform Distribution
o Sort and pack uniforms for volunteers for both the Aflac Kickoff Game and the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl.
o Other responsibilities as assigned.

10. The ability to work longer hours due to events occurring on nights and weekends including unlimited availability during the Bowl Week for the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl
