About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized NYC-based Director of Marketing to lead our marketing and business development functions. This role is ideal for a strategic highly engaged marketing leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being at the center of firm-wide initiatives. The ideal candidate is comfortable playing a hands-on role in implementing the firms marketing and business development efforts while leading a small team of two marketing professionals. This position reports to the firms Managing Partner and the firms Partner in charge of Marketing Initiatives.

Business Development
Events and Client Engagement
Public Relations and Media Outreach
Legal Ratings and Entertainment List Submissions
RFPs Pitches and Proposal Support
Social Media and Digital Strategy
CRM and Marketing Infrastructure
Team Leadership and Collaboration
Other responsibilities as assigned.

The base salary for this position is $215000$250000.
Please note that quoted salary ranges are not guarantees of final salary. The actual salary offered will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to relevant skills experience education and training.
This is a hybrid position; in-office TuesdayThursday and as otherwise needed.
