Job Summary
As a Food & Beverage Team Member you will help deliver friendly efficient and high-quality service during our breakfast and evening service.
You will play an important role in creating a welcoming dining experience for our guests while keeping service running smoothly.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and setting up dining and service areas
- Taking and delivering food and drink orders accurately
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Ensuring food is served promptly and presented well
- Supporting room service when required
- Promoting hotel services and special offers
- Handling guest queries positively and professionally
- Working closely with colleagues and supervisors
This is a hands-on active role ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and being part of a team.
Qualifications :
We are looking for someone who is:
- Friendly punctual and reliable
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude
- Comfortable working early mornings and evenings
- Able to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to learn and follow procedures
- A good team player with strong communication skills
- Previous hospitality or service experience is an advantage but not essential full training provided
Most importantly you care about delivering great service and take pride in your work.
