Role Purpose
The C3 Customer Proximity Specialist ensures demand management testing change adoption and value creation for Customer processes within the APAC region. This role also supports local and legacy applications until migration to the target product landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture Affiliate Needs:
Conduct interviews and surveys to understand affiliate requirements analyze feedback and
propose tailored solutions aligned with global product offerings.
- Incident Management:
Act as liaison between business and incident support teams qualify incidents and direct them
to appropriate capability teams.
- Stakeholder Management:
Serve as strategic interface between commercial stakeholders and global IT/vendor teams to
alignment.
- Change Management & Rollout:
Prepare change plans assess local impact support testing and perform rollout activities to
drive adoption of global products.
- Value Realization:
Collect and consolidate metrics to report on product value at affiliate level.
- Support Legacy Applications:
Manage existing local tech solutions (e.g. Trade Promotions Management SFA) until
migration.
Knowledge & Expertise
- Strong understanding of sales processes (on-trade off-trade).
- Proven experience implementing IT solutions for Commercial functions (preferably in beverage or consumer goods).
- Expertise in change management and adoption tools.
- Experience with Trade Promotions Management SFA Distributor Management Systems.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CG Cloud Accenture Newspage.
- Knowledge of integration technologies (SOAP/REST API/FTP) and ERP integration (JDE/SAP).
- Agile principles and testing/deployment methods.
- Excellent communication stakeholder management and project management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and proactively in a global cross-functional environment.
