Department Overview
Motorola Solutions Finance Shared Service Center is a department of Motorola in Kraków which gives you an opportunity to participate in a stabilized organization. The center is a part of our global network of Finance Shared Service Centers which provides world-class finance accounting and purchasing services to Motorola branches in Europe Middle East Africa and the US region. Job Description
Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations
Processing of Journal entries related to intercompany transactions
Reconciliation of intercompany balance sheet accounts
Monitoring analysis and clear out of balances for global I/C balances
Preparing of documentation for I/C cash transfers
Preparing audit schedules related to I/C and assist the auditors in their inquiries
Keeping up to date intercompany procedures
Investigating the potential obsolescence of intercompany
Conduct analyses related to intercompany requested by management
Preparing account reconciliation in Account Reconciliation Cloud Service
Redesigning and improving existing FOC processes to increase productivity while maintaining quality and controls
Ensuring documentation of all processes is in place
Highlighting potential issues to management teams attention
Other ad hoc tasks as determined by the Manager/Team Lead
Basic Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Economy / Finance / Accounting
Excellent English & Polish language verbal and written communication skills required. Other languages as an advantage.
Strong analytical / problem solving and influencing skills required.
Able to work under pressure and deal with various organizations/ cultures
PC Skills are required- Windows Word Excel Google package
Oracle Financial Systems experience a distinct advantage
Experience in quality or cycle time improvement efforts is a plus
