Overview
As a Clinical Supervisor youll play a key role in planning coordinating implementing and evaluating patient care and operations in designated areas. Youll serve as a clinical resource for both staff and patients and step into a staff nurse role when needed. Youll also take on managerial responsibilities as delegated by the department manager.

Qualifications
Education:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience required.
Licensure:
- Must hold a current RN license in the hiring state or compact licensure and meet all state board of nursing requirements.
Certifications:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association (or completion within 30 days of hire).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous supervisory experience
- Bachelors degree in Nursing
