We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Logistics Manager to join our team. The Logistics Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our supply chain operations including planning organizing and controlling the movement of goods and materials. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and timely delivery of products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce costs

Manage and coordinate the transportation of goods including negotiating contracts and rates with carriers

Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the purchasing team to ensure timely replenishment of stock

Oversee warehouse operations including inventory management order fulfillment and shipping/receiving

Maintain accurate records of all shipments and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and requirements

Continuously evaluate and improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce lead times

Lead and develop a team of logistics coordinators providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality performance

Collaborate with other departments such as sales and customer service to ensure a seamless supply chain process

Identify and resolve any issues or delays in the supply chain taking proactive measures to prevent future problems

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Logistics or a related field

Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management preferably in a distribution or warehouse environment

Strong knowledge of transportation regulations inventory management and warehouse operations

Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to effectively manage a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions

Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software
