Location: Remote - US; travel to Pax River MD as Required

Job Description:
We are seeking a battletested Navy executive leader to own grow and scale our Navy portfolio. This role is designed for a senior professional with deep Navy experience trusted relationships across the Navy ecosystem and a proven ability to turn access into growth.

This leader will sit at the intersection of strategy mission delivery and business expansion serving as:

  • Director of Navy portfolio growth
  • Program Manager for a flagship Navy Portfolio Acquisition Executives (PAE) initiative
  • Senior Strategy & Organization Development SME

This is a highimpact highvisibility leadership role with direct influence on company growth client trust and mission outcomes. This is not a caretaker position. This is a build-and-lead role for someone who wants to shape strategy drive growth and leave a lasting impact on Navy mission success. You will have executive visibility real authority and the opportunity to scale a portfolio with momentum.

Key Responsibilities

Navy Portfolio Leadership & Growth

  • Own theoverall Navy portfolio strategy growth plan and execution.
  • Leverageestablished Navy relationships(uniformed civilian and industry) to expand footprint influence and revenue.
  • Serve as atrusted executive partnerto Navy clients anticipating needs and positioning the company ahead of demand.
  • Identify shape and supportnew business opportunities including capture strategy client engagement and solution framing.
  • Represent the company with credibility and authority across Navy commands and partner organizations.

Program Management & Delivery

  • Serve as Program Manager for a high-visibility Navy PAE initiative.
  • Ensure excellence across performance schedule budget and delivery.
  • Lead senior program teams and ensure outcomes align with Navy mission priorities.

Strategy & Organization Development Leadership

  • Serve as Senior Strategy & Organization Development SME for Navy engagements.
  • Lead enterprise-level data strategy transformation and organizational effectiveness efforts.
  • Advise senior Navy leaders on change structure leadership and execution.

Minimum Requirements

  • Prior Navy experience (uniformed or civilian) with deep understanding of Navy culture decision-making and mission execution.
  • Strong current Navy relationships with the credibility to operate at senior levels.
  • Proven experience leading large complex Navy programsas a Program Manager or senior executive.
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategy development and organization development at the enterprise level.
  • Interest in close engagement and collaboration with our AI and Data Practice teams.
  • Track record of driving growth within Navy or DoD environments.
  • Active Secret clearance
  • Willingness to travel to Pax River MD

Preferred Qualifications

  • Former senior Navy officeror Senior Navy civilian
  • Senior industry leader with strong Navy client base
  • Experience leading transformation or enterprise strategy efforts
  • Equal strength as strategist and operator

Work Location & Schedule

  • Primary Location: Remote DC Metro Area highly Preferred; travel to Pax River as required
  • Onsite Requirements: Travel to Pax River MD as required. Anticipate 10% travel throughout the year
  • Desired Start Date: ASAP
