Our Johnson and Johnson Supply Chain Internship/Co-Op Program and Engineering & Property Services Co-op Program are comprehensive learning and professional experiences in the enterprise-wide networks at one of the worlds leading health care companies. Qualifications:

  • Supply Chain
    • Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year at an accredited University is required before start date.
    • Be currently enrolled at an accredited university and a degree with a graduation date not before the contract end date or August 2026. Preferred majors include Engineering (Mechanical Biomedical Chemical Electrical Computer/Software) Supply Chain Computer Science Data Analytics or related field
    • Have a cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher which is reflective of all college coursework.
    • Have a passion for healthcare.
    • Ability to work full time (40 hours a week) as well as on site if the position requires it
    • Permanently authorized to work in the U.S. must not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g. H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future. Students currently on CPT OPT or STEM OPT usually requires future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship.
  • Engineering & Property Services
    • Have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher which is reflective of all college coursework.
    • Actively enrolled in an accredited university.
    • Majors: Engineering Supply Chain Real Estate Data Science Computer Science Analytics Architecture Finance.
    • Strong communication analytical and presentation skills.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft tools; interest in innovation and teamwork.

The expected pay range for this position is between $23.00 per hour and $51.50 per hour but will be based on candidates program year discipline degree and/or -Ops/Interns are eligible to participate in Company sponsored employee medical benefits in accordance with the terms of the -Ops and Interns are eligible for the following sick time benefits: up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington up to 56 hours per calendar -Ops and Interns are eligible to participate in the Companys consolidated retirement plan (pension).
