We are searching for the best talent for a Senior Logistics Project Manager Margin Optimization to be in New Brunswick NJ.
Purpose: Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for a Global Trade & Transportation Operations (GTTO) Margin Acceleration Leader to be based in New Brunswick or Raritan New Jersey. Remote J&J NA Locations will also be considered on a case-by-case basis. This is an 12-month duration based role.

What you will be responsible for:
- Leading the activities associated with the implementation of process improvements across targeted Make Sites spanning all MedTech Bus
- Working cross functionally (Operations Transportation Quality Finance Planning Procurement and Analytics) making sure that activities and project deliverables are coordinated delivering the project according to Margin Acceleration schedule and KPIs. Stakeholder management is crucial due to the complexity and high financial commitment of the project.
- Preparing reviews and presenting status updates to the overall MA Project leader and addition to managing internal stakeholders this role will need to manage and influence external stakeholders (e.g. consultants & Logistics Service Providers).
- Furthermore the Program Leader shall be part of the GTTO Operations team and the Margin Acceleration team working on interdependent projects anticipating negative externalities to the site and the business.
Qualifications / Requirements:
Education:
- A minimum of a Bachelors degree and/or equivalent University degree is required; focused degree in Business Engineering Supply Chain Logistics Finance Computer Science; A Masters degree or an MBA is a plus.
Required:
- A minimum of 8 years of professional work experience
- Experience working in. supply chain / customer service / planning / transport / distribution IT engineering
- Project management skills (FPX Project Leader certified) or other Project Management certification
- Demonstrated successful implementation of complex projects with multiple cross functional stakeholders projects .
- Experience in setting up and running logistics product flow changes and associated implications in other SC pillars (i.e. Planning)
- Experience in inventory planning and management capabilities.
- Experience with warehouse processes / Transportation / Import & Export / Planning
- Fluent in English
Preferred
- Experience in large international corporation MedTech and/or Pharmaceutical businesses
- Continues Process Improvement Process mapping Six Sigma & Lean certification
- Professional certification in Supply Chain e.g. APICS will be a plus
- Experience in New Product launches (NPI) and/or Acquisition & Divestiture processes
- Agile (Scrum) methodology / Waterfall (System Development Life Cycle - User Story & feature / Business simulation / User Acceptance Test)
- Experience in Order To Cash processes on ERP System

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$122000.00 - $212750.00
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans employees are eligible to participate in the Companys consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
