Job Description: As an Airport Customer Service Executive you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and hassle-free airport experience for our customers. Your main duties will include: - Greeting and assisting customers at the airport providing information on flight schedules baggage allowances and other airport services - Checking in passengers and issuing boarding passes - Assisting with luggage check-in and handling any issues or concerns related to baggage - Providing assistance to passengers with special needs such as unaccompanied minors or elderly passengers - Resolving customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction - Collaborating with other airport staff such as security and ground handling personnel to ensure efficient and timely operations - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Keeping up-to-date with airline policies and procedures to provide accurate and relevant information to customers - Promoting and selling airport services such as lounge access or fast-track security clearance to customers - Ensuring compliance with all safety and security regulations at the airport - Assisting with any other duties as assigned by the Airport Manager. Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous customer service experience preferably in the aviation industry - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to remain calm and professional in high-stress situations - Knowledge of airline policies and procedures - Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays - Fluency in English and Tamil both written and verbal - Basic computer skills. Contract Details: This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The selected candidate will be expected to work 40 hours per week with the possibility of overtime during peak travel periods. The contract will be for an initial period of one year with the possibility of extension based on performance.
