Position: Check-in & Boarding Executive Company: Bluespirit Location: Coimbatore Tamil Nadu India Contract Details: Full-time Bluespirit a leading airport services company is currently seeking a Check-in & Boarding Executive to join our team at the Coimbatore Airport. As a Check-in & Boarding Executive you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and boarding process for our passengers. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at the check-in counter ensuring a friendly and professional service - Check passengers travel documents and verify their identity - Weigh and tag luggage according to airline regulations - Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules delays and gate changes - Coordinate with other airport departments to ensure timely and accurate check-in and boarding processes - Handle any issues or complaints from passengers in a calm and professional manner - Assist passengers with special needs or requests such as wheelchair assistance or special meals - Monitor flight boarding and ensure all passengers are boarded safely and on time - Adhere to all safety and security procedures at all times - Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in a customer service role preferably in the airline or hospitality industry - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Willingness to work in shifts including nights weekends and holidays - Basic computer skills - Fluency in English both written and spoken - Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary airport security clearance We offer a competitive salary and benefits package as well as opportunities for career growth and development.
