About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and systems-thinking UI Designer with strong experience designing internal-facing applications. You will play a key role in improving usability structure and visual clarity of complex internal tools used by operations finance support and business teams.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of information hierarchy workflow optimization and user efficiency with deep expertise in Figma for design systems and high-fidelity prototypes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and scalable user interfaces for internal web applications
- Define clear information hierarchy for complex workflows and data-heavy screens
- Improve usability and efficiency of enterprise tools
- Create wireframes high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma
- Develop and maintain design systems and reusable UI components
- Collaborate closely with product managers engineers and stakeholders
- Conduct user feedback sessions and iterate based on insights
- Ensure consistency across internal platforms and tools
- Optimize interfaces for clarity productivity and reduced cognitive load
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4 years of UI/UX design experience
- Proven experience designing internal-facing / enterprise applications
- Strong expertise in Figma (components auto-layout design systems prototyping)
- Deep understanding of information architecture & hierarchy
- Experience designing data-heavy dashboards and workflow tools
- Ability to simplify complex systems into intuitive interfaces
- Strong understanding of responsive web design principles
- Experience working closely with engineering teams
Nice to Have
- Experience building and scaling design systems
- Basic understanding of frontend technologies (HTML/CSS/React)
- Experience conducting usability testing
- Experience in SaaS or B2B environments
- Familiarity with accessibility standards
