Your future duties and responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Developer with strong UI/UX design expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing intuitive and engaging web/mobile applications with a strong focus on user-centered design principles.

Proven experience (or portfolio) in UI/UX design for web/mobile applications
Proficiency in design/prototyping tools like Figma Sketch Adobe XD InVision (or similar)
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles information architecture interaction design
Good communication and collaboration skills; able to work with product dev and stakeholder teams
Strong visual sensibility layout typography color theory consistency
Analytical thinking empathy problem-solving mindset user-research and testing skills
(Optional but beneficial) Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JavaScript or front-end constraints

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Must Have Skills
Proven experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
Strong proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma Sketch Adobe XD InVision or similar platforms.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles information architecture and interaction design.
Strong visual design skills with a good understanding of layout typography color theory and design consistency.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work closely with product development and stakeholder teams.
Strong analytical thinking problem-solving ability and user empathy.
Experience in user research usability testing and translating insights into design improvements.

Good to Have Skills
Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML CSS and JavaScript.
Understanding of front-end development constraints and responsive design principles.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Knowledge of accessibility standards and modern UI trends.
