The Role:
The Corporate Relations Coordinator plays a key part in supporting the firms centre of excellence across media relations crisis management and corporate reporting ensuring the smooth and timely delivery of core activities. Working closely with the Corporate Relations Lead and wider team the role requires strong organisational skills attention to detail and a proactive approach. It offers an excellent entry point for building experience in media relations reputational risk and corporate communications with opportunities to contribute to major firmwide initiatives.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide coordination research and administrative support for media relations activity including preparing media lists background materials and assisting with logistics for interviews and press briefings.

  • Contribute to the drafting formatting and distribution of press releases Q&A documents and official firm statements ensuring accuracy and appropriate approvals.

  • Monitor media coverage and reputational risk by tracking activity managing alerts entering data and compiling concise summary reports for senior stakeholders.

  • Assist with the logistics and project coordination of key corporate reporting cycles including data collection content formatting timeline management and stakeholder liaison.

  • Maintain and update the teams knowledge base including case study repositories media contact lists and crisis management resources.

  • Support the delivery of crisis response activities under the direction of senior team members ensuring timely execution and strict confidentiality.

  • Schedule meetings prepare agendas capture actions and help maintain effective organisation across the team.

  • Undertake adhoc research benchmarking and sector scanning to support campaign planning media opportunities and content development.

What were looking for:

  • Some experience in administrative communications or project support roles; exposure to media public relations or corporate communications is an advantage.

  • A genuine interest in media engagement crisis management and corporate reporting.

  • Confidence using digital tools for research content management and basic analytics.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

  • A proactive adaptable team player who is eager to learn dependable and able to handle sensitive information discreetly.
