Emory Healthcare is looking for an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our Neuroradiology group.

Description

Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience as an ACNP or PA in Neuroradiology.

This will me Monday-Friday 7:30-4:00 with no weekend nights or call obligations.

  • Assists in the evaluation and treatment of patients.
  • Manage department consultation list.
  • Pre and Post procedure care.
  • Inpatient consults.
  • Under the direction of a physician perform neuroradiology procedures such as lumbar puncture intrathecal chemotherapy administration ultrasound and CT

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program or Physician Assistant program.
  • Currently licensed as an advanced practice nurse in the state of Georgia by the Georgia Board of Nursing and certified as a Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or equivalent body or Certified as a Physicians Assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
  • Licensed as appropriate in the state of Georgia.
  • American Heart Association BLS and Healthcare Provider certifications required. ACLS may be required in some areas.
