Job Description
Dugan & Sweeney Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery is looking to bring in a high-caliber motivated associate surgeon to join our thriving practice. The two surgeons currently cover four offices in Pittsburgh Butler Zelienople and Greenville as well as multiple hospitals in the area.
Case mix is a mostly bread and butter cases with extractions bone grafts implants and a good amount of orthognathic procedures.
Dugan & Sweeney started in the late 90s and has been growing every year since. We have a strong reputation in the community and are known for our patient care and excellent service. Were looking for an ambitious surgeon to join the practice and continue our expansion within the markets we cover and there is ample opportunity with our current two surgeons covering four offices. When you join our practice you will immediately be provided with onboarding/credentialing assistance mentorship marketing support assistance with all business-related responsibilities and full operational support. We take on all the responsibility of running a full-scale practice because we want your focus to be on your reputation your surgical skills and your patient care. Our goal is for our surgeons to be successful and have a strong work/life balance outside of the practice.
