As a Global Sourcing Leader you will be part of a team responsible for $250M in global electronic component spend. Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Deliver on KPIs around cost out payment terms risk contracts rationalization and strategy
Lead supplier annual negotiations RFI/RFP execution and work cross functionally on design change ideas
Create and execute category strategy for sub-technologies & supply base working with GEHC Component Engineering.
Provide Industry Market Intelligence based on analysis of lead indices.
Support quality and fulfillment business needs as they arise
Ability to work cross functionally on projects support NPIs or other initiatives within the business or across global supply chain
Required Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Engineering Procurement Supply Chain Management
Minimum 7 years experience in Engineering Sourcing Operations or Supply Chain
Desired Characteristics
Excellent business/financial acumen ability to act as business
partner through horizontal teams with the abilityto influence and drive change in a collaborative and effective way.
Ability to drive long strategic partnerships with suppliers and demonstrated experience in optimizing supplier base performance-Cost Cash Strategy Quality Fulfillment and Contract.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional or geographically dispersed teams.
Electronic Component Sourcing or Component Engineering experience.
Ability to document plan market and execute programs.
Established project management skills.
