- 全国招投标规则追踪研究与及时总结
- 招标文件解读与投标文件商务部分材料的管理与审核
- 跨部门沟通持续优化投标文件商务材料
- 需厂家直投时投标文件商务部分的制作
- 招标结束后对所有得分情况进行分析总结并对后续投标提出建议
- 内外部培训提高AVS内部销售和外部代理商的专业投标能力
要求
- 5年以上医疗器械行业经验或招投标公司经验
- 熟悉招投标法规与政策
- 熟悉投标文件的制作有过大项目或集采项目投标支持经验的优先
- 较强的逻辑思维与竞争思维能力
