This position supports Raytheon-Rafael Area Protection Systems (R2S) aU.S. Israelijoint venture responsible for U.S. production of advanced missile systems supporting both U.S. and allied (Israel) defense programs. TheBusiness Operations Leadis Raytheons primary integrator into R2S enabling execution governance and growth across a complex high-visibility defense enterprise.

This role sits at the center of a mission-critical defense business that protects both the United States and key allies.

TheBusiness Operations Leadwilloperateat the intersection of national security international partnership and manufacturing scale-up with direct exposure to senior Raytheon leadership joint-venture partners and government stakeholders. It offers a rare opportunity to influence strategy and execution in a high-impact fast-moving environment while helping build a new U.S. manufacturing capability from the ground up.

What You Will Do

Serve as primaryBusiness Operations Leadto the R2S(CEO)Director integrating governance policy reporting and approvals to enable successful R2S execution.

Act as the interface between Raytheon and R2S LT for support majority-ownerand consolidation processesandcompliance.

Lead preparation of board-level and governance materials including metrics dashboards business reviews board meetings and performance reporting.

Coordinate across Programs Operations Finance Contracts Engineering and Enterprise Services to ensure execution aligns with Raytheon and JV requirements.

Support customer and partner engagements including Rafael Israeli Ministry of Defense Missile Defense Agency (MDA) and U.S. Government stakeholders.

Travel to R2S sites Raytheon offices customer locations and partner engagements is.

Qualifications You Must Have

Typically requires a bachelors degree and 12 years of relevant experience OR an Advanced degree and minimum 10 years of experience is

10 years of experience in aerospace defense government contracting or a similarly regulated environment.

U.S. citizenship and existing US Secret clearance

Experience working in matrixed or multi-stakeholder organizations including governance compliance or executive operations

Strong ability to produce and brief executive-level materials

Qualifications We Prefer

Experience supporting senior executives boards or complex programs.

Deep knowledge of Raytheon business systems and processes

Experience with international defense programs joint ventures or direct commercial sales environments.

The salary range for this role is 157200 USD - 298800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
