Location: Gardner KS
Pay: Hourly/Flag: $20-$27
Hours: M-F 8-5 with rotating Saturdays: 8-3

Position Overview:
The RV Technician is responsible for diagnosing repairing and maintaining recreational vehicles to ensure safe reliable and optimal performance. This role involves working with a variety of systems including electrical plumbing HVAC and mechanical components while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate is driven to be the best takes direction as needed and brings a positive friendly attitude along with a customer-first mentality. Broad knowledge of RV technologies is a plus but not required. We are looking for an ambitious self-motivated and hardworking individual who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and can collaborate effectively with team members. Basic computer skills and strong communication abilities are also essential to succeed in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Complete repair orders efficiently while following dealership policies and safety standards
- Diagnose and test RV systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
- Repair and maintain RV coach and chassis systems to manufacture specifications
- Communicate findings and repairs needed clearly with the Service Advisors
- Provide accurate labor and time estimates for additional repairs
- Preform warranty repairs in full compliance with manufacture requirements
Qualifications:
- 2years of Service Technician or total home repair experience a plus but not required
- Ability to learn new technology repair and service procedures and specifications
- Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
- General Maintenance experience in Residential or Commercial property preferred
