Field Operations Intern - Summer 2026
Your main responsibilities
Schindler Elevator Corporation is seeking a highly motivated intern to assist our Field Operations team supporting Miami-Dade International Airport.
Partnering with local Sales Representatives Project Managers and Field Superintendents this intern will be responsible for the following:
- Join team members on jobsite surveys to assist in data gathering and recording as well and organizing pictures notes in job folders
- Organizing and consolidating submittal packages
- Drawings Purchase Order requisitions schedules
- Collecting and organizing customer vendor meeting minutes
- Safety equipment ordering
- Customer meeting packet preparation (printing out of meeting minutes latest schedule open drawings to be approved etc.).
- Assist in creating template for recoding status of all rigging equipment (location and certification date monthly technician/adjuster CADI update status)
What you bring
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree preferably with a concentration in Project Management Data Business or technical field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; competitive spirit ability to work well in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications specifically Excel PowerPoint Word and Outlook Teams and DocuSign.
- Self-motivated strong organizational and prioritization skills.
