Your Tasks
At our Hamburg office you will have the opportunity to experience HR business from both a strategic and operational perspective. As a working student you will gain exciting insights into a broad and diverse HR landscape - all within a committed and collaborative team.

Your responsibilities:
- Support our HR Business Partner in day-to-day activities
- Assist in advising employees and managers on HR-related topics
- Prepare and consolidate key HR data into reports to support HR and management decisions
- Create presentations for various HR initiatives
- Take ownership of managing our Working Student Community
- Contribute to exciting HR projects and bring in your own ideas
Your Profile
- You are enrolled as a student (Bachelor or Master) ideally in Business Psychology Social Sciences or a related field
- You are passionate about HR topics and eager to gain hands-on experience
- You have strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- You enjoy creating presentations and contributing new ideas
- You have some initial experience with HR systems (e.g. SAP)
- You speak German and English fluently
- You work in a structured reliable and independent manner
- Team spirit and strong communication skills complete your profile
