Job Summary

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Writer to support the creation and optimization of our technical documentation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming complex technical information into structured clear and user-friendly documentation.

Remote and Flexible schedule

Payment per project or hourly rate (to be defined)

Possibility of long-term collaboration

Key Responsibilities

Assist in creating and updating:

-Help Center articles

-Feature documentation

-Onboarding guides

-Release notes

-Internal process documentation

Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to understand new features

Translate complex product functionality into clear customer-friendly documentation

Support documentation for integrations and APIs (where applicable)

Help structure and maintain our knowledge base

Ensure documentation aligns with product updates and releases

Structure and maintain documentation in tools such as Notion Confluence GitBook or similar

Requirements

Proven experience as a Technical Writer

Strong portfolio of technical documentation (mandatory)

Excellent written English skills

Experience documenting digital products SaaS platforms or APIs

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Strong communication skills with technical stakeholders

Nice to Have

Experience documenting APIs or developer-focused products

Knowledge of Markdown Git Confluence Notion GitBook or similar tools

Experience working in startup or fast-paced tech environments

Ability to create documentation standards and style guides
