Job Summary

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Technical Writer Intern to support the creation organization and improvement of our technical documentation. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience translating complex technical concepts into clear user-friendly content.

Location: Hybrid: 3x in office Marquês de Pombal
Duration: 3 months

Key Responsibilities

Assist in creating and updating:

-Help Center articles

-Feature documentation

-Onboarding guides

-Release notes

-Internal process documentation

Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to understand new features

Translate complex product functionality into clear customer-friendly documentation

Support documentation for integrations and APIs (where applicable)

Help structure and maintain our knowledge base

Ensure documentation aligns with product updates and releases

Structure and maintain documentation in tools such as Notion Confluence GitBook or similar

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communications Journalism Engineering Computer Science or a related field

Excellent writing skills in English (mandatory)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Interest in technology and digital products

Ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively

Nice to Have

Previous experience in technical writing or content creation

Familiarity with documentation tools

Basic understanding of SaaS products APIs or software development concepts

Knowledge of Markdown
