Enable Performance: Oversee business performance management including the development of dashboards KPIs and insights to support data-driven decision-making.
Lead Governance: Manage executive communications including board papers leadership presentations and the facilitation of key governance forums.
Commercial Savvy: Collaborate with Business and Finance partners to set manage budgets forecasts resource prioritisation and ensuring Capex andOpexcost-efficiency / value creation.
Inspire: Foster a high-performance culture by coaching a small team whilst influencing others promoting collaboration and driving engagement across the Retail division.
