Compensation Range
The base pay scale for this position is $72000.00 - $109500.00. In addition this position will be eligible for additional benefits consistent with the role. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors including but not limited to: scope of role level of experience education accomplishments internal equity budget and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation. The hiring range listed is a good faith determination of potential compensation at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.Key Responsibilities:
Collaborates with cross-functional teams including clinical departments service lines finance and operations to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
Owns projects end to end gaining buy-in involving the appropriate stakeholders developing work plans and overseeing implementation.
Acts as a thought partner and internal consultant to stakeholders across the enterprise helping frame strategic questions evaluate options and support decision-making.
Leverages healthcare industry knowledge to inform strategic decisions and ensure HSS is a leader in industry trends.
Develops business and market analyses to inform a variety of strategic initiatives including clinical program rolloutsregional expansion strategiesstrategic partnerships and business development opportunities.
Utilizes a range of data sources including market share data physician profiling market projections and market research in all aspects ofwork(e.g. Claims Data Analytics tools state hospital databases EPIC).
Supports senior leadership in managing key projects to on-time on-budget completion.
Createspresentationsthatclearly and effectively convey keyfindings from analyses.
Assistsin thedevelopment of internal/external materials around strategy including communications to board members medical staff and external audiences.
Supports initiatives to increase market share and market capture working closely with Director and Vice President of Strategy & Business Development.
Minimum Job Qualifications:
Masters degree in hospital administration (MHA MHSA) public health (MPH) business administration (MBA) or related program. The Fellowship is intended for post-graduate students who have graduated within 6 months of the program start date.
1-2years related work experience in the healthcare industry strategic planningconsulting or related fieldpreferred.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities Required
Ability to distill or add complexity to presentations based on outstanding written and oral communication
Ability to work collaboratively with individuals at all levels of the organization
Capable of managing complex assignments and working independently
Adaptable and flexible with the ability to navigate ambiguity and proactively take on open-ended problems
Experience withMicrosoft Office (e.g. PowerPoint Excel)data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau)
