Location: Universal City CA
Duration: Approx. 3 Months (Temp Role)


Job Summary

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant (Timekeeper / Payroll Support) to support the internal management team in a fast-paced environment.

This role involves timekeeping payroll support data entry reporting and billing-related activities along with regular interaction with union trades.

This is not a general administrative role candidates must have hands-on payroll and/or timekeeping experience ideally in a union environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily data entry of timekeeping information for multiple departments
  • Generate and maintain timekeeping reports
  • Run cost requests in SAP
  • Process invoice payments conduct payment research and create same-day payment check invoices in SNAP
  • Assist with daily hire onboarding activities
  • Manage rate changes within the timekeeping system
  • Track sick and vacation time
  • Perform daily Archibus approvals and create records for newly hired craftsmen
  • Scan and maintain invoice documentation
  • Support reporting and billing activities
  • Perform miscellaneous administrative duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Payroll experience is required (must-have)
  • Experience with timekeeping systems
  • Strong data entry skills with high accuracy
  • Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills especially Excel
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • 10-key proficiency

Highly Preferred

  • Experience with union payroll
  • SAP experience
  • Prior experience supporting operations or management teams
