The Project Coordinator will work closely with project managers to create comprehensive action plans concerning resources budgets and timeframes for main duties include maintaining budgets and work schedules organizing and participating in project meetings and ensuring all deadline for certain project are met.The Project Coordinator complements and work in tandem with our primary project position is responsible for collaborating with project managers office staff sales staff field technicians contractors and customers to ensure smooth and profitable projects from start to finish.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist Primary project coordinator on coordinating construction projects
Manages branch project permitting process including submitting paperwork to local governments
Scheduling project inspections with the local code officials
Uploading project information into various software
Schedule and manage company owned scissor lifts as well as coordinating rental equipment
Manage travel arrangements for out-of-town projects
Coordinate and track field personnel for required trainings
Run material to the job sites as required
Other duties assigned by management
Education & Qualifications:
Must have a minimum of 2 years experience working in an office environment
Project coordinator experience in fire & safety preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
Demonstrate adaptability in an ever-changing environment
Ability to sit at a desk for prolonged periods while working on a computer
Adhere to the Code of Conduct Confidentiality Agreement and Company Safety Policy
Must have valid Drivers License with clean driving record - position will require operating shared company vehicle as needed
Other Duties:

Physical Requirements:
While performing the essential functions of this job the employee is regularly required to stand walk use hands to finger handle or feel reach with hands or arms stoop kneel crouch or crawl and is occasionally required to lift and/or move heavy objects.
The work also requires the following physical abilities in order to perform the essential job functions: balancing climbing grasping hearing mental acuity pulling pushing repetitive motion speaking talking and visual acuity.
Pay:
$22 to $ 27 DOE.
