Job Summary
Description:
100% on site (Headquarters)
o Tier 1 or Tier 2 diagnostics and troubleshooting experience with hardware and software
o Familiarity with PC Laptop and Thin Client devices
o Experience in document operating procedures and adept ticket notation ability
o Experience with ServiceNow or equivalent ticketing system
o Experience with Asset Management & Inventory Control Scanning updating tracking collection and overall management of NF assets to ensure accuracy and availability of equipment.
o Perform employee moves to include equipment tear-downs installs and cable management.
o Ability to work independently and in a large group setting
o Effective organizational planning and time management
