As Head of Product Management for Cloud ERP SCM - Asset and Service you will lead our Cloud ERP SCM efforts with a strong focus on Asset and Service this critical role you will be responsible for defining and executing strategies to compete aggressively in a market with intense competition leveraging SAPs strengths in integration and embedded experiences.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual who can successfully navigate a complex and evolving organization and deliver outstanding results.
Shape and drive the product strategy and roadmap for Cloud ERP SCM focusing on Asset and Service Management.
Develop and implement aggressive competition strategies against best-of-breed vendors by providing an integrated and embeddedsolution portfolio.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful integration measurable adoption and business impact while overseeing seamless integration of Cloud ERP SCM solutions into SAPs product portfolio.
Lead market research and analysis efforts toidentifyindustry trends customer needs and competitive environments and translate these insights into strategic product decisions.
Define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success and impact of productinitiatives andcontinuously improve based on data-driven insights.
Foster innovation by stayingup-to-datewithemergingtechnologies and evaluating their potential to enhance Cloud ERP SCM offerings.
Provide thought leadership and represent SAP at industry events conferences and customer engagements to build the companys reputation in the market.
Carry out build-buy-partner analysis for the product portfolio.
Work closely together with the broader product management heads withinsupplychain to ensure a coherent product strategyendto end.
Identifyand drive the next generation of product innovation driven by Artificial Intelligence that drives customer value and adoption.
Drive Partnerships with the right product vendors to drive synergies.
Support M&A initiatives including identifying targets and due diligence.
Lead and inspire a team of experts to achieve common goals fostering a culture of innovation collaboration and excellence.
Education and Qualification / Skills and Competencies
Masters degree (preferably an MBA) in Business Information Technology Supply Chain Management Industrial Engineering ora relatedfield.
10-15 years of professional experience in product management and/or consulting in supply chain and asset/service management.
Deep practicalexpertisein SAP products and SCM processes with a strong focus on Cloud ERP and SAP S/4HANA integrationspreferred.
Proventrack recordof developing and executing competitive strategies and comprehensive product roadmaps especially in markets withstrong competition.
Proven experience in managing customer relationships understanding customer needs and delivering solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Exceptional analytical skills to define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive data-driven decision-making.
Strong leadership and team management skills fostering a culture of innovation collaboration and excellence.
Superior communication intercultural and interpersonal skills with a collaborative results-oriented mindset.
Trusted teamplayerable to work independently and influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
Highly adaptable and resilient with the ability to manage shifting priorities demands and timelines in a complex and evolving organization.
Experience inanassetcentricindustry and in Strategy Consulting firms are an added advantage.

SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 325800 - 609200(USD) actual amount to be offered to the successful candidatewill be within that range dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education skillsexperience scope ofthe role location etc. as determinedthrough theselection process.
