Your Tasks

As a key contributor within the your responsibilities as a Manufacturing System Engineer encompass driving operational excellence through continuous monitoring and purposeful intervention. You will analyze performance metrics to identify inefficiencies and loss points guiding corrective strategies that foster process consistency and enhanced productivity.

Core Duties Includes:

Conducting rigorous monitoring of area-specific KPIs to uncover improvement opportunities aligned with business goals.
Performing root cause investigations on repeating issues and spearheading the implementation of robust corrective and preventive measures.
Engaging in cross-departmental coordination to facilitate seamless execution of operational improvements and innovations.
Maintaining comprehensive records and documentation of improvement actions to ensure long-term maintenance and organizational learning.
Upholding compliance with company policies standard work procedures and rigorous Environmental Health and Safety regulations.
Assisting in evaluating area performance and contributing actively to ongoing enhancement efforts.
Supervising and mentoring direct reports by setting clear objectives providing consistent feedback conducting thorough evaluations and overseeing the fulfillment of annual training commitments.

Your role will demand a blend of analytical rigor and leadership enabling both tactical project execution and strategic capacity building within your team.

Your Profile

Ideal Candidate Profile

Proven expertise in data interpretation and KPI management with a strong orientation towards achieving tangible results.
Practical experience with root cause analysis techniques and continuous improvement frameworks such as 5 Whys Ishikawa diagrams PDCA cycles and A3 reports to drive operational excellence.
In-depth understanding of quality assurance systems standards and the implementation of continuous quality enhancement processes.
Competency in orchestrating action plans from conception through execution and monitoring to ensure sustainable success.
Experience leading teams and fostering collaboration across functional areas to maximize process improvements.
Outstanding communication skills paired with analytical prowess and creative problem-solving abilities suitable for complex operational challenges.
Highly proactive professional well-organized and disciplined in operational processes with a steadfast commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and promoting safety culture.
