KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

Experience with server storage networking and GPGPU and PCIe-based accelerator architectures.

Systemsmanagement experience with server products including embedded remote management standardsinterfacesand applications.

Working knowledge of OS driver firmware and hardware architecture device interactions.

Ability toleverageSW/HWexpertisetodetermineroot cause that leads to optimized solutions.

Expertisewith Linux operating systems relatedapplicationsand script development.

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Guide the customer and Jabil operational teams towards the successful resolution of complex and/or systemic productprocessand material issues through the application of rigorous analytical methods.

Partner with site operations and test leadership to drive root cause investigations leading to clear actions and improvements in FPY test throughput and repair yield.

Primary technical interface for customer product introductions and manufacturing performance from a server and storage subject matterexpertiseperspective.

Directly contribute to the knowledge base used for effective/accuratedebug train theappropriate test/debugleadsand respond to feedbackin a timely mannerto support daily operationalobjectives.
