About the Role
As a Building Technician (屋宇設備技術員) you will be maintaining and repairing all hotel facilities equipment and systems to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily preventive and routine maintenance including plaster tile marble carpet repair waterproofing spalling painting and bathtub grouting.
- Carry out repair and touch-up work for windows baseboards walls and floors according to Hotel standards and safety requirements.
- Respond to emergency repair requests under the supervision of the Foreman or Duty Engineer.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisors.
- 執行日常預防性及例行維修工作包括批盪瓷磚大理石地毯修補防水剝落修復油漆及浴缸填縫等
- 按酒店標準及安全要求進行窗框踢腳線牆身及地面的維修及補漆工作
- 在主管或當值工程師的指示下處理緊急維修要求
- 執行其他由上級指派的工作
About You
- Form 3 or equivalent; and completed relevant technical or vocational training.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in Hotels with similar capacities.
- Responsible and corporative team player.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
- Good command of spoken Cantonese.
- 中三程度或同等學歷並完成相關技術或職業培訓
- 至少三年酒店相關工作經驗
- 有責任感和團隊合作精神
- 願意輪班工作
- 能以廣東話溝通
