About the Role
Werelooking for a People & Culture Coordinator to join our supportive and high-performing P&C team inSydney. This role is ideal for an AdministratororGraduate eager to take the next step.Youllwork closely with experienced P&C Business Partners and the Head of P&C building strong stakeholder relationships and contributing to a range of people initiatives.
This is adynamic role where attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and organise your day are key to your success.Youllbe supported by your manager and team with opportunities to expand your capabilities and get involved in more complex work as you develop.
This is a full-time fixed term contract (12 months) with an expectation of 4 days onsite at our brand new offices and 1 x WFH day per week to support flexibility.
Key responsibilities will include:
Shared facilitation ofSydneyfirm inductions.
Coordinatetrackand managestaff movementsincludingnew startersprobation periodsleaversvisasand contractors.
Manage employee milestone and post graduate study processes.
Managethe sharedpeople & culture inbox.
Support local and national P&C teamswithcyclical processes reporting andinitiatives.
Ensure HRIS has all information captured accurately against employee records.
Work withP&Con projectseventsand committees.
Work effectively with other Shared Services divisions including PayrollFinance and Facilities.
Be a trusted point of contact for general people queries.
About You
Tertiary qualificationin business or human resources.
Relevant experience in a similar roleisdesirable.
High levelof proactiveorganisational skills and attention to detail.
High levelof confidentiality and security of employee information.
Proficient withMS officesuiteand the aptitude to learn new systems quickly.
Previousexperience working withWorkday or other HRIS would be well regarded.
Exceptional communication skills; listening written and verbal.
A proactive and energetic style with the enthusiasm to learn and develop.
