Job Summary:
The Network Model Analyst is responsible for processing Network Operations Model Change Requests (NOMCR) Collaborative Action Model Requests (CAMR) and Resource Services Change Requests (RSCR). This role develops and maintains graphical representations of these requests ensuring the Network Operations Model is accurate and up-to-date. The analyst coordinates these requests and one-line displays while managing day-to-day model and one-line creation schedules.

Responsibilities:
- Understand and apply basic principles theories and concepts related to network modeling.
- Analyze data and situations to provide actionable insights.
- Contribute to objectives and outcomes as assigned.
- Analyze submitted NOMCR CAMR and RSCR data responding effectively to internal and external requests.
- Coordinate the NOMCR CAMR and RSCR process flow across departments and with external stakeholders.
- Update Production and Future one-line diagrams as required.
- Facilitate resolution of Market Participant model data issues.
- Represent Network Model Coordination at meetings and other relevant forums.
- Collaborate with external generation resources on RSCR submissions and GenMaps for EPS metering.
- Work closely with System Operations System Operations Support Market Operating Services Client Services Metering and other internal departments regarding models one-lines and model data.
- Create GenMap packages and coordinate submissions with Generation Resources.
- Develop and utilize data mining tools submitting improvement requests as necessary.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience beyond degree requirements.
- Associates Degree in Business Computer Science or a related field or a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
