Your Role

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Regional Key Account Manager Club to join our this role you will be responsible for analyzing and defining international market potential identifying growth opportunities and developing areas for expansion.

You will ensure the achievement of key financial targets manage business development activities and collaborate with Segment Managers across various countries to set and monitor sales targets. Additionally you will oversee the localization of our Total Technogym Solution and ensure the effective training of our sales network

Your Impact

  • Analyze and define the international market potential for the assigned segment identifying growth opportunities and development areas.
  • Ensure the achievement of Revenue Gross Margin EBIT and DSO targets for the assigned segment.
  • Manage Business Development activities for the assigned segment including new client acquisition geographic expansion development of Top Locations and Leads Generation.
  • Collaborate with Segment Managers in various countries to define sales targets and monitor progress to maximize Sales Productivity and effectively manage the pipeline.
  • Lead Best Practice Sharing activities and roll-out approved Solutions in various markets gathering market trend inputs for innovation and/or product development.
  • Manage the Budget and Operational Plan for the assigned area ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  • You will be responsible for Key Account Planning activities related to the assigned region and coordinate planning from the local Key Accounts Managers in each country.
  • As part of the Key Account Planning activities you will map the main club chains in each country and define dedicated sales strategy and action plan for each one in coordination with the Global Key Account Manager and the local sales team
  • Collaborate with GSN Academy and branch GSNs to conduct adequate training on specific content for the assigned segment ensuring proper preparation of the sales network.
  • Oversee the localization of the Total Technogym Solution through partnerships and customization of solution packages for specific market needs.
  • Define the market strategy for the assigned segment in terms of campaigns initiatives and events.
  • Provide reliable and structured forecasts to ensure effective Pipeline Management through optimal useof CRM.

About You

Ideally you are passionate about working out enthusiastic and proactive while also down-to-earth and ethical. Experience of or a proven interest in the fitness industry is highly desirable along with excellent account management/solution selling/strategic thinking/relationship you should bring:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Economics or a related field. A Masters degree or MBA is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in key account management sales or business development with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing international markets.
  • Strong understanding of Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet Management.
  • Proficiency in negotiating sales contracts and managing client relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Ability to manage assets and mitigate risks effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of the specific market segment.
  • Experience in identifying and developing new business opportunities to expand market understanding of Technogym products and services.
  • Fluent in Spanish Portuguese English; additional languages are a plus.
