Full Time Cardiovascular Sonographer US Heart and Vascular Cardiology Center of Houston

Cardiology Center of Houston is in search of a Full Time Dual Sonographer to join our team in Katy TX.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Performs 2-D Echo and Doppler studies.
Responsible for performing a variety of noninvasive vascular evaluations
Explains procedures to patients and obtains informed consent from patient.
Ensures all required licensure/certification always remain active/current.
Provides excellent customer service and the highest quality patient care.
At all times protects the confidentiality of protected health information (PHI) of patients per HIPAA regulations; including does not review his/her own record or records of employees or co-workers without a need to know.
Actively demonstrates teamwork.
Follows other policies and procedures such that there are no verbal or written warnings during the evaluation period.
Always adheres to company safety standards.

Qualifications:

Minimum of two years of experience preferred.
Credentialed in Adult Echocardiography and Vascular (ARDMS or CCI) is required.
