Job Summary
Minimum Experience: 1 year; 1st Timers are accepted Patient Population: Adults to Geriatrics Certifications Required: BLS CCI or ARDMS General Skills and Work Setting Requirements: Diagnoses including but not limited to Chest pain SOB Heart failure Valvular disease; TEE Structural heart procedures TD 100 probe cleaner and Philips Epiq ultrasound equipment Ratio / Census: 1:7 during the week; 1:3 on weekends Unit Systems: Epic Pyxis SBAR Scrub Color: Red RTO: MAX 7 days Weekends: Every third weekend Floating: Yes providing services at different locations IP/OP etc. Call Requirements: Yes possibly 1-2 shifts in a 6 week period Holidays: If one major holiday falls in his/her assignment period the traveler is expected to work it. If two major holidays fall in his/her assignment period the traveler is expected to work both of the holidays. If three major holidays fall in his/her assignment period the traveler is expected to work two of the holidays. Major Holidays are listed below: Memorial Day Independence Day Labor Day Thanksgiving/Black Friday Christmas Eve/Christmas Day New Years Eve/New Years Day Compliance: Full compliance required to start on time; if not compliant in time the push back is 2 weeks due to bi-weekly orientation schedule. CLINICAL SCREEN - Candidate will be reviewed by clinical to determine clinical fit if clinical pass and within Piedmont guidelines candidate will be sent to the manager for final decision. Clinical screens will be sent on case-by-case basis. Locals Accepted - Same Rate Please Note: Number of Non-Billable Orientation (NBO) Hours is determined by contract length (ex 8hrs for 8 week assignment; 19hrs for 19 week assignment)
