Responsibilities
Lead a team delivering insights at the intersection of consumer market and business intelligence.
Translate data into business plans proformas and cost-benefit analyses to support growth initiatives.
Monitor industry trends payor shifts competitors and regulatory requirements including CON processes.
Collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams to influence strategy optimize services and identify new opportunities.
Build and develop high-performing teams ensuring operational efficiency talent growth and effective communication.
Extensive experience in large multi-market healthcare systems.
Expertise in healthcare data market intelligence strategic planning and policy trends.
Strong leadership analytical and communication skills with a proven ability to drive strategic initiatives.
Lead initiatives that shape the future of healthcare delivery and organizational growth.
Qualifications
Education:Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration Business or a related field.
Masters Degree (Preferred): Masters degree in Healthcare Administration Business Administration (MBA) or another healthcare-related discipline.
